Dai, Feng-Zhao, a man born in World War II, is an outstanding artist and educator. His works of art include oil painting, sculpture, interior design, and outdoor landscape art. Dai was one of the teachers and founders of Tainan University of Technology and had been the director of artistic and interior design for many years. He was also the head of Tainan Beauty Institute and had a remarkable contribution to the education of art.
