Because of the habits of working 10 hours a day and smoking, Wang got throat cancer unfortunately.  After cutting vocal cord, family members and friends encouraged him to keep on creating.  To cheer him up, they even gave him a lot of orchid flowers.  For the past ten years, sculptures made by him is accumulated nearly 100.  Since that Wang rarely left the house, which gave him little chance to paint landscape.  And that was the reason why he themed flowers very often.
