The stuffs sold in Yongkang Business district are various. If we extend the area to the back section of Li-Shui St., and even to Chaozhou St. and Heping E. Rd., there will be more characteristic local delicacies.

Mr. Tiger thinks that the impressive stores are not those well-known ones, but those small shops which you can see anywhere in Yongkang Business district. For example, those stores in the back section of Yongkang St., and in Chaozhou St. and Qingtian St. Visitors seldom go to that area, so the atmosphere is quiet and peace, which is very suitable for walking around.

Mr. Tiger said that in the past he would said it should be “Ding Tai Feng”. It is the most famous and successful restaurant in Taiwan. TO our surprise, it was a snack bar. Now, Mr. Tiger would say the most attractive delicacies are other kinds of food. They are very unique although they are not as famous as Ding Tai Feng. For example, 8% ice cream shop is very impressive because of its creative and unique flavors. It even builds up our own ice cream brand.

A transition from the old to the new: there is not only creative fine food and traditional one, but also exotic one. The choices are vary various.
