2、The name of the research：Love Is Always Free
3、Subject introduction：Cih-Sheng (Map), a home for people with disabilities and mentally challenged children, is located in Changhua City. For those people who live in there, Cih-Sheng is like a big family where they can find love and care. Through the education in Cih-Sheng, they have a chance to develop their potential, so they can learn how to live independently and make a living on their own in the future. Furthermore, many people give their help and donate necessities and money to them. These kind-hearted people really help and encourage them a lot.
4、Research motivation：Three of the students in our class have been suffered from mental retardation, learning disabilities and emotional disturbance. In order to let us get more understanding and care more about the students with special needs, our teacher took us to visit Cih-Sheng which is near our school. We also donated our second-hand clothes to the students in Cih-Sheng. When we got together with the students there, we changed our attitudes about those students who are with special needs, and also, we started learning how to get along with them. Therefore, as we joined the International CyberFair, we decided to introduce Cih-Sheng to people around the world. We hoped that it will get more and more people inspired by what Cih-Sheng has done and make them start to help the people with special needs, just like what we did.
5、Local community introduction：（1）Cih-Sheng is located in the northeast of Changhua City, the address, No.72 Cih-Sheng Street, Changhua City. (before the reorganization, the address: No.74, Lane2, Alley226 Chungjheng Road, Changhua City. Cih-Sheng just right way from Yang Ming Junior High School 200 meters, like a kind neighbor.
（2）“Cih-Sheng Ren Ai” which was used to called “Cih-Sheng Relief”, in the early times, it only adopted and nurtured young poor homeless children. In 1980, Cih-Sheng took the government’s instruction to build a place for the physical disabilities students and mental retarded children. But for to make the name of Cih-Sheng feel more suitable, they changed the name into “Cih-Sheng Ren Ai Legal Foundation of Changhua County” to devote to the children and the physical disabilities welfare service.
（3）Cih-Sheng has helped innumerable families, also made the kind-hearted people to take good care of the students of Cih-Sheng continuously. And those people also took their social responsibilities to provide a permanent home to the disabled people, homeless children and abusing children, where they can have a very good learning environment.
We surfed the Net to look for the related information and participated in the school about the homepage manufacture, consulted with Cih-Sheng with the interview arrangement of the chief, the group leader, the teachers, the social workers, the person who in charge of Mariposa, and so on; The team members also positively invest in the volunteer activities, participates in their performance and so on. They well planed each work; they had regular meetings to discuss, share, correct, and photograph. Through this researching project, we hoped the public could realize the difficulties these charities met and how they devoted to the disabled people; hoped the public could understand the hard working and sadness they did and felt; hoped the public could know the meaning and the value of life to reveal the kind-hearted humanity. By these, we could make students cherish what they have and to avoid from school bulling, also, we wanted to encourage more people in this community to invest in the charity activities and to help the disadvantaged people, let them feel the warmth of this society.
7、The network environment：The Internet resource we used is from the school computer center-TANet and one of the parents’ company- Zhang Shujuan Lands Firm hinet,56KB data processor or Dongsen Internet ADSL and so on.
8、Meet difficulty and overcome process：(1) Time: In ordinary days, we all must go to school or cram schools. It was very difficult to get the common time to hold a meeting to discuss and compile the information; therefore, we only could use the break time at school to plan the work progress first and to assign the works to everybody. Everyone should do the work at home and have the meetings at schoolmate’s parents’ company to compile the material. Moreover, we consulted with several interview dates, made the schedule of participating in the activity, then, we wrote the draft.
(2) Technic: We were not good at the website building and image editing, so we took the course of website building on weekends. We noted everything down and practiced at home; if we faced the difficulties, we would call the teacher up and asked. The teacher also provided the material and the information we needed and to concern about our process in website making.
(3) Material: From the very beginning, we were not clear about how to make interviews or write manuscript, so we checked the past few years’ works, also, we asked Cih-Sheng to provide some information. Our teacher instructed us by assisting us to write the outline and do the manuscript correcting and to recheck and compile the content of the project.
(4) Privacy: Because most of the abandoned babies, the abusing children, the youth and the disable people in Cih-Sheng are under 18, we couldn’t photograph their faces based on the human right protection and privacy respect. We only could provide their pictures which were not clear to see, especially the video of their performance was not allowed to show. What a pity!
In this project of Cyberfair, what we did is not only the information searching, but also took ourselves as volunteers to interview and take part in their activities. To better use what we have learned in life and had the special experience outside of the school. We also realized once you got persistence and perseverance , nothing could knock you down. Furthermore, I learned the importance of teamwork and how to do the interview as well as make the website.
Although the children here are with the disabilities, they still live hard in this world. Their passion to the life moved us a lot. The dean and the teachers’ sacrifice and the devotion to Cih-Sheng are really toughing. We are just junior high school students, but we should cherish and feel thankful to everything and try to serve people in need as well as put more care on the disadvantaged people. Let the love and the care spread and grow.
