Q: How many years have you run the business?
A: We have run the business for more than fifty years.
Q: Why did you start running the business?
A: At first, we sold meatballs just for living. There were few shops selling meatballs at that time,so we started to
sell the delicious meatballs. We got many positive feedbacks from many customers so that we continued running
the business to make meatballs the specialties of Changhua.
Q: Where does the name of your shop come from?
A: A: The name of our shop, A-Chang, comes from the name of the founder, Shi, Yong-zhong. Zhong is
pronounced as Chang in Taiwanese, and many locals call him A-Chang. That”¦s where the name of our shop
comes from.
Q: What is your perspective for running the business?
A: At first, we just started running the business for making a living. Then, we just wanted to bring the delicious
Changhua specialties for people.
Q: Are there any problems that you encounter when running the business?
A: Yes, there are. That the price of the ingredients rises enormously and the business turns bad are the major
problems we encounter when running the business.
Q: Followed by Question 5, how would you overcome the problems?
A: We would sell more meatballs at the plain price so that more and more customers would come to enjoy our
meatballs. In this way, we could earn more money and solve the problems
brought by the rise of the ingredients
price.
Q: What are the attractive and distinguishing features in your shop?
A: The meatballs in our shop are made more chewy so that many customers are attracted to taste our meatballs.

A: We think that the secrets of running the business well are the qualities of the ingredients to make the meatballs.
