Q: How many years have you run the business?

A: We have run this meatball shop for about twenty-five years. I am the third generation.

Q: Why did you start running the business?

A: The shop is inherited from my grandpa.

Q: Where does the name of your shop come from?

A: The name of the shop comes from my father’s name. "San" means three in Chinese.

Q: What is your perspective for running the business?

A: We want to let people eat the most delicious meatball. That’s our perspective.

Q: Are there any problems that you encounter when running the business?

A: Yes. The major problem we encounter is the rising price of our ingredients to make meatballs.

A: In order to solve the problem of rising price, we try to sell high volume with low profit margin.

Q: What are the attractive and distinguishing features in your shop?

A: Our meatballs are cooked with high temperature so that they taste less oily but more delicious.
