In Taiwan, when you talk to people about Changhua, they will think of meatball;when
you talk to people about meatball, they will think of Changhua. That¡¦s the reason why we
always call Changhua as the hometown of meatball. According to the survey in 2010
Changhua Meatball Festival, we can find about one hundred meatball shops in Changhua,
and most of them have a long history of selling meatball. Hence, Meatball has become one
of the most important daily foods for people in Changhua and it also creates many good
memories for many local people. In addition, many people in Taiwan take a trip to Changhua
just for the taste of ¡§Crystal Pearl.¡¨
In order to know more about Changhua Meatball, our team decided to do interviews
and we worked out two questionnaires. One was for the famous meatball shopkeepers, and
the other was for the customers. Through the interviews and the questionnaires, we got
closer to the world of Changhua Meatball. As ambassadors, it is our job and honor to
introduce Changhua Meatball to the world through the website.
