Cai Zong Han   Name: Cai Zong Han Nick names: Cai Tao (Chinese Radish) Birthday: November 11, 85Constellation Scorpio Constellation: Scorpio Task: photographing, interviewing Hobby: computer game, baseball, jogging, basketball Professional specialty: computer, baseball, jogging   Personal Introduction MMy individual character is very expansive and direct. Besides, I always speak so loudly that people can hear my voice far away. In addition, because of the pronunciation of my family name, my friends call me " Cai Tao !Vmeans Chinese Radish", or sometimes " Cai Tao Guai- a food made of Chinese Radish ". Though I am very arbitrary when I have conversation with others. Actually, I am careful and efficient when I do things. But my shortcoming is if I am angry, I will do things very careless; instead, if I am glad, I will be willing to do anything, and can do it very well. In addition, I like to do funny movement to make people laughs. People might think I am an odd old man if they see my action. But actually, I just pretend to be odd to amuse others. I'm very tall. People always say my height comes from my heredity. But I think heredity only takes half part of the factors, the other half should ascribe to my 'good appetite'. Though I have good appetite, I am ill-balanced feeding, so I just have good appetite on my favorite food. I even feel very strange sometimes because I can eat very much, but I am not fat. Feel envy? !   Gains of Research Before joining this activity, I had been having an ordinary life all the time. I remember the scene we were invited to join this team by teacher during break time. At that time the teacher asked: ' Does anyone be willing to participate in 'GlobalSchoolNet'?'. Curiously and had a little intention to participate, we ran to teacher and asked him to explain more. After listening to teacher's explanation, without any hesitation, I said: ' I'm in.' This is a team gathered the elite from each class! Via meeting, we decided team leader, and the job function of every team member. We also decided the theme 'GlobalSchoolNet'. On the day of the first interview, I was very nervous and excited too. The process of interview was exciting as well as interesting. I really learned much new knowledge. And I really hope I could have more this kind of experience in the future. Afterward, we went to visit other socks OEM factory, entity shops, and socks auction. But time passed very quickly, so the teacher reminded us in a meeting : ' closing date will arrive soon, did you finish your report of gains?'. We found all of us had not finished yet, except one classmate. The teacher took advantage of this chance to state the urgency of time and everybody's responsibility. Through this meeting, I realized that this activity is not as simple as I imagined all of a sudden. Afterward, everybody started to stay at school to key in report when we were available. Although everybody was not very willing to, but we also come to school to key in data even during winter vacation. It should be a happy winter vacation, now it becomes the vacation for us to complete our document. However, to tell the truth, my ability of writing is improved a lot through this training.   Progress Report Date Place Content 97.11.19 Classrooms of the third class of sixth grade Seek for the volunteer for this activity and confirmed the team members. After section one, the teacher asked whether any student in the class have the willing to participate in 'GlobalSchoolNet'. After listening to teacher's explanation, two of my female classmates and I decided to join this team because of curiosity. 97.12.4 English classroom The teacher assembled us in the English classroom at noon. We discussed the topic of our theme, and decided to choose 'local specialty' as our theme. We also decided to visit the festival activity, 'Zh Zu Chang Le', which was held by Shetou council on December 6. Besides, we also had a pre-meeting regarding the visit of 'Zh Zu Chang Le'. We discussed about everyone's job function, the questions we will propose, and the precautions we shall pay attention to. 97.12.26 English classroom Discussed the name of our team, and job assignment. Today, teachers assembled us in the meeting room to discuss team's name and job assignment. After brain storming, we decided to reference a very prevailing song ' Only fun we make ', and nominated our team as' Only socks we produce, only socks are fun'. I remember one team member think of a name as ' Wa Ha Ha Ha Ha'. After heard that, everybody burst in laughter. Although we thought this name is very funny, we still decided to take the name as, ' Only socks we produce, only socks are fun'. 98.1.6 Meeting room Discussed the precautions of the interview in HsiaoTex Enterprise on January 7. Because we already had interviewing experience, we felt we were getting the hang of the interview. We were planning to visit a factory, which produce the socks. A good luck would have it; one of our team members' Father has a big manufacturer producing socks. Besides, the factory is very close to the school. Therefore, we decided to visit this factory ---HsiaoTex Enterprise. 98.1.7 Meeting room Since we were going to visit HsiaoTex Enterprise this afternoon, the teacher reminded us to write down the questions to make sure that we can remember what we want to ask. Well, since we are little reporters, we had to get prepared. 98.1.15 Boarding factory and Chang Wa Guan Today, we were going to visit Boarding factory, dyeing factory, and Chang Wa Guan. Per our plan, we visited boarding factory first. Though the scale of this factory is not big, it is divided to two sections, including artificial boarding and automatic boarding. We also had experienced the operating of artificial boarding and automatic boarding. It's a pity that we didn't have much time, so after finished visiting, experiencing, and expressing our gratitude to the boss, we set up to next stop. Then, we go to dyeing factory to see the dyeing process. Soon after we entered the factory, we smelled a thick dyeing pharmaceutical. We think this is really a toilsome job because the environment is not comfortable.There is a Sewing Department in the factory. We visit the automatic stitch area and also artificial stitch area. Then we kept moving to visit ' printing area'. The difference between dyeing and printing is, dyeing is dyeing in the water, and printing is dry dyeing. Besides, printing can produce different kinds of patterns, and it's more good looking. But the shortcoming of printing is it's easy to get fade after washed. After we finished visiting the printing area, we went to dyeing area to see big dyeing vat, big wizards, and big driers. Because we didn't have enough time, we had to leave the dyeing factory after running through the whole procedure. Afterward, we go to 'Chang Wa Guan' without any delay. We recorded all the compact courses, in this way, it will be more convenient for us to arrange and classify the interviews and information we gathered. We happened to meet a retailer, who was selecting and purchasing socks in Chang Wa Guan. Everybody had a small chat with her, and knew many interesting things from her.. 98.1.21 | 98.2.10 Classrooms of second class of sixth grade Start to complete person job. (Arranged data and started the web page producing). Though it was already winter vacation, we continued to stayed at school to write down ours gains, produce web pages and arrange the data for our web pages. The teacher required us to complete it diligently. These days, we tried our best to key in our data as completely as possible.
