How to
floss? |

Take a length of the floss (about 45cm).

Wrap it around the middle
finger of one hand for two or three circles. |

Leave about a piece (around
25 cm) and then wrap the other end of the floss around the
middle finger of the other hand. |

Stretch the floss with two
index fingers with two hands back to back. Leave around 1
cm between two fingers. |

tight, slide it up and down against your tooth surface and
under your gumline. |
