I cannot believe time passes by so quickly; this research project is coming to an end at the blink of an eye. During this time, I have learned many new things.
At the beginning of this project, we interviewed many foreign and domestic visitors. We even traveled to the States and interviewed locals there. We were able to generate many different answers from our interviewees. However, when we were interviewing the locals in the States, we realized not many people knew about Taiwan, not to mention the world¡¦s tallest building¡XTaipei 101. I could not help feeling disappointed when I found out the country I came from is a place not known by a lot of people.

The most memorable experience was interviewing Mr. Hong-Ming Lin. After our interview, he specially took us to the observation deck himself and guided us along the way. He explained to us why the elevators were able to travel so fast. Furthermore, we even interviewed the architect and the president of Taipei 101. From these interviews, I learned a lot of new information regarding the Taipei 101 building.

This project allowed me to train myself to speak to adults with confidence. I also learned to produce writings and paintings related to the Taipei 101 building. Not only did I gain more knowledge on the building but also I became to like Taipei 101.

Although there were times when this research project became very challenging, now that it has come to an end, I realize the effort I have put into was all worth it. On the contrary, I now think this research project is very intriguing!
