Three buildings, as the name implies, are three houses connected together. In Chinese Feng Shui culture, the house in the middle of the odd number of houses is usually either good or bad; good is the concept of a funnel, and money flows from both sides to the middle; bad is the concept of a pole. The middle households have to bear the burden of both sides. Wangzhangfa's house is such a three-story building, and the builders specially made the three houses look different in order to break the superstition of the three-story building.

After Taiwan’s August 7th flood in 1959, the three consecutive buildings of Wangzhangfa were Baroque on the outside and Fujian-style on the inside. The windows are open, the air is smooth and ventilated, the construction method is neat and beautiful, the windows are in the shape of a turtle, the first floor is a western-style building, and the second floor has a balcony, which can overlook the distance. The balconies on the second floor are all different in style, and even the facades of the archways are also different; the facade of the archway in the middle has a big Wang character, and there are some ears of rice beside the king, and the Wang characters of the two adjacent buildings are not symmetrical. One side is very large, and the other side is relatively small. During the Japanese occupation era, the character "Tai" was very popular, so an extra character "Tai" was added in the middle of the king.

Because Taiwan used to be one-story bungalows in the early days, the two-story building of Wangzhangfa was the tallest building in the area at that time. Therefore, the Changhua train could be clearly seen from the balcony on the second floor in the early days. Station, Bagua Mountain and sunset scenery. On August 7, 1959, a very serious flood occurred in Taiwan, that is, the 87 flood. The water was very high, so many people ran to the third building to take refuge. At that time, they cooked something on the second floor to feed these refugees.
