Mr. Huang Qing Song
Origin

The boss of the Almond Mushroom Farm, Mr. Huang, decided to return hometown to take care of his senile father who was in bad condition. By chance, his father ate almond mushrooms which helped strengthen his immune system and gradually regained health. He decided to cultivate almond mushrooms in a natural way in the hope that every of his family member can eat healthily and he can promote such nutritious mushrooms to more people.

Process

The most important element about almond mushroom cultivation is compost. Different from mushrooms that grow in shiitake bags, almond mushrooms grow in straw because they prefer vegetable fiber to sawdust; therefore, the planting materials of almond mushrooms is more environmental-friendly.
Add water to the straw that are reaped and put them outside to be exposed to sunlight. Add lime, ammonium sulfate, soybean flour, rice bran, calcium carbonate and so forth to them subsequently, and place them outside for 21 days for them to ferment before putting them on indoor mushroom growing beds to ferment for 7 days. Put strains in to grow and lastly, cover them with soil. You can wait and see them grow. The planting materials and the way of cultivation are natural, so that everyone can eat healthily and without worries. The almond mushrooms they grow all pass pesticide residual testing, providing people with safe and healthy ingredients. Organic cultivation is not an easy task for one has to take care of everything attentively. Yet, Mr. Huang adheres to his original intention, which is to offer safe and healthy ingredient to people, so he never gives up on cultivating mushrooms with natural materials and in a natural way.
