Difficulties

 

Design the questionnaire: It is always an issue when it comes to designing a questionnaire, after all, we need to be sure that the question won’t be too long for the pedestrians to fill, or to waste their time; and it also shouldn't have too much essays, and get the answer we want at the same time. We spent much time in designing the questionnaire, and modified it through the lead of the teacher, therefore ,we got this perfect and interesting questionnaire today.

 

 

The interview: In order to get more information about Youbike from the expert, we contacted many people and tried to interview them. However, most of the people either can't match our time or refuse to take the interview. At last, the boro president of Ren’ai Vil Cheng Hsiu Lang accepts to take the interview, or we might face the dilemma of no one to interview. We did many efforts on the interview and the boro president spent time answer all our questions, then we finish the interview perfectly. 

 

 

Arrange the trip: In the process of making the website, we have run through many trips. Although it's fun to take a trip with others, we face many problems while playing around. For instance, we can't get into the restaurant because not having the reservation, and can't borrow the Youbike because of the crowd. We also faced many problems while arranging the trip, for example, it's hard to find the scenery which was suitable for us, or the traffic between the spots was not fluent…etc. Fortunately, under the careful arrangement, we had a nice trip at last.

 

 

Time arrangement: We have 10 members in our team; it's hard to decide a time that all the members are leisure. At last, our leader assigns the work to us, and make we cooperate in a smaller team. As for the activity which needs everyone to participate, the members would sacrifice their time and make some effort for the activity.

 

The website contents: Some of the information was searched from the foreign website. In order not to violate their intellectual property rights, we will look for the source of the information, it's was quite exhausting. The more tiring thing is that we need to translate the whole details into Chinese and spent much time; but through the cooperation and the

 

English ability, we spent the least time to finish the work.

 

The computer ability: Because of attending the cyberfair competition, we have the chance to use some skills that we seldom touch, like SWOT and PEST analysis, and the complicated code of Dreamweaver is also dazzling. Fortunately, under the careful teaching from Mr.Lin, we could finally complete the website.
