Taiping Street

Location: Located on Taiping road, this old street extends from the Douliu roundabout to Yongfu Temple and its length is 600 meters.
Feature: It was built around 1900. Many buildings there have existed for more than 100 years.

All buildings were built with two floors and vivid decorations on the front wall. Not only for artistic value, the front wall also represented the owner’s social status. In addition, many special events and performances were also held there.
