   We think about how to truly portray the characters who are concerned with stray dogs. In the beginning, we would like to interview the volunteers who takes care of these stray dogs, our teachers or elders, or the public, but we found that someone well-known could influence more people and could be very helpful to our activities¡X ¡§adoption,¡¨ ¡§ligation,¡¨ and ¡§no littering.¡¨ We decided to get into contact with three characters: the long-term volunteers in the stray dogs¡¦ shelter, Vet. Hong in the shelter, and the adoptive car. We have known Vet. Hung and the long-term volunteers since we last worked as one-day volunteers in the shelter. They are enthusiastic. If we would like to visit once more, we just need to make contact with them again. The adoptive car is set up by Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine to let the public acquainted with stray dogs and thus to raise the adoptive percentage.
