Artist Lin Min-jian has worked on pottery making for more than forty years. He graduated from Department of Sculpture, National Taiwan Art School. His art works are famous for using point, line, plane with the skills of twist, wave, and level, to show his own style of wildness and softness. Also he uses bold colors and traditional Chinese elements to let his art works looks friendly and strikingly. Lin had been invited to have his own exhibition in Taipei Art Gallery, National Taiwan History Museum because of his outstanding performance.

While I'm entering Mr. Lin's office,  I saw many pottery works, stacked in the chair and stood enamel art magazines watercolor strike plate on the table, cluttered office seemed like of the artist. There are many clay dough into a fish shape of the finished product, because the fun of catching fish in his childhood let Lin miss endless , he can not forget the memories and reflected in his works.

Today's visit, let me know that not only pottery in container shape only, in fact, can make all kinds of shape, let us appreciate a lot of works of art.　　

We entered the studio and saw a strange pottery works, such as: no hand dolls, fish and so on. There are so many unique artworks because of  Lin's creative. Each has something new, it looks very especially. In addition, each of his work has its own story.

Today visit Lin Minjian pottery master, started doing pottery from twenty-eight, has more than forty years, and previously was an ordinary assistant, now is a master, I think as long as there do not give up learning attitude, to grasp their own advantages, will do anything to succeed. The master found his talent pottery, ceramic art in so long, I adore him.
