The time we spent at the Zhongxiao store was very short. Zhongxiao store is the biggest store of Hsin Tung Yang, and there are only three stores provide ice cream, Zhongxiao store is one of them. Zhongxiao store also has kiosk database machine, and it allows people to look up product ingredients, production process, and date of manufacture of all Hsin Tung Yang’s products. Consumers who do not have a smartphone could also get all the details of the products. Currently, there are only two stores have kiosk database machine which are Zhongxiao and stores at Linsen North Road. Products at the Zhongxiao store are displayed differently compare to Wuchang store. When you walk pass Zhongxiao store, you can see all the products visibly; while at the Wuchang store, most of the products are displayed in the store.
