There is no boundary for Hsin Tung Yang to spread its care and kindness to the society. Hsin Tung Yang did not just spread love in Taiwan, but they have also helped those in remote districts of other countries. They have sponsored the Taipei Medical University service team to go into a remote district in Pingtung on January 21, 2014. On another occasion on July 2, 2014, Hsin Tung Yang sponsored the Tsinghua University to the remote districts of Ghana. The mission of these events was to promote the importance of public health. Also, they have cooperated with the local hospitals to teach the patients and their family some basic medical knowledge and ways to prevent diseases.
