Thanksgiving Month

Date： December is the Thanksgiving month in our school
Purpose： Turing the Thanksgiving event promoted by school into an event initiated by students, and learn the breakthrough from the process and show creativity.
Participants：all 10th grade students
Content：

Each people has its own unique creativity to be explored, through the event “grateful heart”, Innovia, we hope everybody can express his own idea to people around. You are welcomed to conceive a good idea for Thanksgiving Month and apply it into practice; give your heartfelt gratitude to people around and upload it to the Online Academy.

Analyzing the consequence and discussion：

  1. Activity itself：

    2. a. Compared with other activities, it is more complex.

    b. "Creative" is hard to define

  2. Other reasons:：

    3. a.Improper holding time (In the same month of Thanksgiving month of school with a lot of events)

Solutions：

  1. It can be completed by students by group as a unit ：

    2. Because this project is huge, compared with one person, a group of people are easier to be discussed and cooperated with, for creative spark and completion of the work and gain happiness during this process.

  2. Explain that “creativeness” is your own idea:：

    3. When seeing “creativeness”, most students are confused about its definition, even lose confidence in their own ideas; actually creativeness is your own idea which is different from others’. Believe in yourself!

  3. Time should be taken into consideration before the event:

    4. The activity planned to carry out in “Thanksgiving Month” encounters the busy month; students are busy with musicals, Christmas arrangement, and schoolwork; this month is three times busier than other months! We will conduct careful consideration next time!
