After further understanding City Yeast, we decided to take part in its activities in person. So we browsed the City Yeast website, soughting for current activities suitable for us to simulate. Finally, we selected Food Zero Waste. So we went to OKO Green Café (No. 1, Tongshan Street, Chungcheng District, Taipei City) on the 9th of July.. The following is a simple flow chart:

We are surprised to find that the waste in bread making process is more serious than we expected. During this process, food safety issues and injury many be innumerable; and we should attach great importance to the cause, including chicken health problems, salt refining process, and excessive use of resource, aluminum-containing baking powder, cattle breeding problems and later expired, excessive packaging issues.
