Date: February 18 – March 1, 2013
Venue: Taipei Fuhsing Private School
Participants: All faculty and students
Purpose: Provide channel of anniversary celebrations of school for grade students (first grade to high school) and teachers.
Content:

  1. Put up blank posters (shown as follows) on four corners of school-- canteen door, elevator hall, bulletin boards, corridor wall and attached with different color postit notes and markers.
  2. Finally, we will collect the data for archive and design activities; organize the idea of students and propose some constructive suggestions to school authorities after the integration.

Conclusions:

    • Each class can launch sell goods on school fair, after buying goods, the buyer can have a raffle tickets
    • Fill the name and connect information on the tickets, and award list will be announced the day after school fair.
    • The tickets include stub form and raffle form; raffle form should be kept by buyer and stub form be kept by seller; lottery number and contact information (class, seat number, phone, e-mail box)should be on both forms.

Reflections:

Seeing those posters with passionate feedback, we are very grateful for the help of each part for the successful completion of this event. Though some response are divergent from the theme of this event (cannot be taken), however, we still collect many valuable suggestions. I hope we can do it better next time, and make a better school.
