Q1: How long have you been teaching?

A1: I have been teaching for seventeen years so far.

Q2: What kind of musical instruments are you skillful at ?

A2: The Piano.

Q3: What kind of music do you prefer?

A3: I like all kinds of music.

Q4: How do you instruct and train the Rhythm Band?

A4: Members of each division practice from 8:00 to 8:40 ,the morning activity and the lunch-break activity, Monday through Friday. After that, the whole band will play all together.

Q5:What kind of musical instrument do you feel the most easily to teach? What kind of musical instrument do you feel the most difficultly to teach?

A5: Teaching accordion is the most easily. Teaching melodica is the most difficultly.

Q6:How do you encourage the members? Have you ever punished them?

A6: I prefer to encourage for their merits rather than to punish for the demerits.

Q7:Is there any difficulties in the band? Do you need parents’ help?

A7:The time of rehearsing would be insufficient if the date of competition was near our mid-term and final exam.

Q8:What’s the merits and demerits of our Rhythm Band?

A8:There were much more students attending the Band before ;however, due to the problem of declining birth rates, we have less numbers of students to choose to be members nowadays.

Q9:What characteristics do you think the members of the band should have?

A9:(1) The basic ability to read the musical score (2)The sense of rhythm (3)The punctuality

Q10:(1)What do you have in mind about the championship which our rhythm band has won this time?

A10: It’s tremendous ! I want to say "Hurray! You’re the best!"
