In order to realize our schoolmates’feeling about the “ Xisong Rhythm Band ”,the " Information Literacy Team " has designed a questionnaire for the fifth and sixth graders. We have totally 556 schoolmates to fill in our questionnaires .There are 217 fifth graders ,and 339 sixth graders.The response rate is high .It should help us to gather statistics about their opinions generally.

61% of the the survey responders are sixth graders.39% of the the survey responders are fifth graders.

53% of the students are boys.47% of the students are girls.

10% of the the survey responders take part in the chorus, the most.7% of the the survey responders take part in the rhythm band , the second.Only 1% of the students take part in the boules team, the least.The majority of the fifth and sixth graders don't take part in any extracurriculum.

78% of the survey responders haven't thought of joining the rhythm band ; that is, it is hard to recruit a new rhythm band.

23% of the students like music very much. 47% of the students stay neutral. Only 7% of them don't like music.

The percentage of the persons who like the pop music is 52%,the most. The percentage of the persons who like the rock'n'roll music is 20%,the second. The percentage of the persons who like the classical music is 18%,the third.The percentage of the persons who like thejazz music is 5%,the least.

The percentage of the recorder is 53%, the most. The percentage of the piano is 18%,the second. The percentage of the idiophone is 9%,the third. The percentage of the guitar is 5%,the fourth.The reason why the majority of them are good at playing the recorder is that teachers teach it in elementary school,so almost everyone experts in the recorder.

53% of the students have ever heard the performance of the rhythm band. 47% of the students have never heard the performance of the rhythm band.

39% of all think that the performance of the Xisong rhythm band is sweet -sounding. 22% of all feel very pleasant to hear the performance of our band.However,there are 4% don't think it's sweet-sounding.

Lots of people consider that the members of the band should be serious,confident,responsible,diligent, and patient.6% of all think that the members are probably naughty. Only 1% of all think that they may not perform well at curricuium.
