A1: I’m a sixth grader. My name is Wanrong.
Q2: What made you join the Rhythm Band?
How long have you joined?
A2: I’m interested in music.
I have joined the Rhythm Band for two years
Q3:Have you ever thought of withdrawing from the band? Why?
A3:Never. I like to be with the Band.
Q4:Do you like joining the Band? Why?
A4:Yes, it makes me forget trifles, besides, I love playing the instruments.
Q5:What musical instruments do you play in the Band?
A5:The xylophone.
Q6:Can you make an introduction of the instrument you play briefly?
A6:There are lots of fingerboards. It’s sweet-sounding.
Q7:What have you been ordinarily practicing?
A7:The tune of the idiophone and songs for competition.
Q8:Do you feel tired while practicing? Why?
A8:No. It’s my pleasure.
Q9:Do you practice after school?
A9:Sometimes.
Q10:Which melody do you like the most? Why?
A10:March of the Owl. The musical notes are just like they are dancing.
Q11:Do you have difficulties while practicing?
A11:No, I don’t.
Q12:What would you do if you play wrongly?
A12:I would continue to finish it first, and then correct the wrong part again.
Q13:What’s your progress in music does it make after joining the band?
A13: It makes me more self-confident.
Q14:What’s your impression of the band before and after joining?
A14:I was easy to get nervous before joining ; nevertheless, I feel comfortable after joining.
Q15:How do you feel about the instructor of the rhythm band?
A15:She is a little bit strict.
Q16:What would the teacher encourage you if you have good performance?Would she punish you if you did something wrong?
A16:She would praise us in case of good performance.

Q17:Do you think it would have bad influence on your curricula?
A17:No.
Q18: Is the rhythm band important for you? Why?
A18: Yes. If I didn’t go to the band, I would have the sense of loss.
Q19:How do you feel that you have joined the band and won the honor for our school?
A19:I feel I am outstanding!
Q20:What do you want to say to the junior brothers and sisters in the band
after graduation?
A20:I hope they can try harder, and get more!
