The central kitchen was in Zhonghe】
      I visited Din Tai Fung’s central kitchen on November 26 in 2011 with the same classmates who also visited 101’s Din Tai Fung restaurant.However, Kelly had to go to mountain climbing training. .......《Monica》         

I finally knew】
      Dad often goes on business trips. The day before his trip, Mom will always take us to Din Tai Fung for dinner. At first, I thought Mom simply wanted Dad to have a nice dinner; however, after the trip to Din Tai Fung, I realized that Mom also wanted Dad to eat healthy as well. ......《Alex Lin

【This trip was special
      The second day, we arrived in the central kitchen in Zhonghe. It was the place that most of the ingredients in Din Tai Fung came from. We wore the “Din Tai Fung slippers” and climbed from the 1st floor up to the 7th floor. We were all tired after the climbing. Our tour guide, Mr. Ke, told us that Mr. Yang, the owner of Din Tai Gung, could climb 7 floors in 42 seconds! ......《Edward》         

Most of the food were handmade】
      I visited the central kitchen of Din Tai Fung on Nov.26th, 2011. The tour guide let us eat Steamed Mashed Red Bean buns and Steamed Mashed Sesame buns. After that, we went to visit the working places. They did not use a lot of machines to cook foods. .......《Joshua》         

The price of the food was reasonable】
      This morning I woke up very early in the morning because we were going to go to the central kitchen of Din Tai Fung. When we arrived there, a lady asked us to take off our shoes. I was very surprised that the central kitchen was in a big 7-floor building. First, we listened to Mr. Ko briefly introducing the history of Din Tai Fung.......《Charles》                

Process sea food in low temperatures】
      The second day, we arrived in the central kitchen in Zhonghe. It was the place that most of the ingredients in Din Tai Fung came from. I am also amazed】
      I was so excited on Saturday because we were going to the central kitchen! It has 7 floors. We climbed up the stairs to the seventh floor, and some of us were exhausted already. Amazingly, the boss, Mr. Yang can climb to the seventh floor in 42 seconds. Wow! ......《Alex》        

We were required to wear special suits】
      Last Saturday, we went to Din Tai Fung’s central kitchen. First, the Deputy Plant Manager asked us to climb the stairs up to the 7th floor. He said that all the workers needed to climb this stairs many times every day. The company encouraged the staffs to exercise, so they would have healthier bodies. ......《Rebecca》         

We had fun in this trip】
      On November 26th 2011, I went to the central kitchen of Din Tai Fung with my classmates, my mom, my friend, Rebecca, and the teacher from the gifted math class. Yesterday we went to Din Tai Fung Restaurant in Taipei 101, and we saw and learned a lot of new things. I felt that we would learn more new things toady.......《Evangeline》

      On Saturday morning, we went to Din Tai Fung’s central kitchen. A manager who worked there for three and half years introduced everything about Din Tai Fung. He introduced its history, food and the main idea of the brand Din Tai Fung. ......《Leo》

      On November 26, we went to the central kitchen of Din Tai Fung. Central kitchen was the most important place of Din Tai Fung; it protected the freshness of the foods before they were sent out to the branches. ......《 Jasmine》
