【We had a great visit】
I visited Din Tai Fung on Nov.25th, 2011. The restaurant was in Taipei 101. It was beautiful and clean. Inside the restaurant, there were few people. We interviewed Chef A-Shi. His job was to make fried rice, fried noodles, and the soup. After the interview, the waitress leaded us to the kitchen.
