 Swan-Lien-Pei must be the paradise for aquatic plants, as some researchers claim that there are over 90 different types of aquatic plants to be found here. Swan-Lien Pei has about one third of the aquatic plants found in Taiwan..

Thus they are hard to be seen out of their florescence. Numerous thecas on the plant to pray on the microorganisms in water.

Found mostly in the low altitude wetlands of northern region.

Primitively found in Taiwan, very few found in the wild, mostly found in Yi-Lan, Nan-Tou and Ping-Dung.
