Our teacher Fu-Chuan

Through another experience of interviewing an old restaurant, I was inevitably touched. In every industry, there are some touching stories.

When walking in Guang Xiang Ju, you would feel that everyone is serious about their jobs, with satisfied smiles on their face, without any hint of fatigue. They are so sincere, and I think that is the reason why Guang Xiang Ju¡¦s so popular even now!

I hope that in this event the students not only get to know the method of making meatballs, but also complete a web production.

I also hope that they can learn the spirit of the owner and his wife, not blaming Heaven and bowing to fate.

Although they have physical disabilities, they work harder than others, and their spirit is worth learning.

We would like to thank the staff of Guang Xiang Ju. Without sacrificing their valuable time, our interviews could not carry out smoothly. Thanks again. Hope that Guang Xiang Ju can be more widely known, and let everyone know about Hemei town.

Our teacher Chang-Rong

Guang Xiang Ju is an old restaurant. It has been very famous for delicious cuisines since decades ago in Hemei town. Because of lack of manpower, the owner had to change business strategy to only sell the store's signature cuisine--Juicy Meatballs. Even so, everyone still loved it. We are so fond of this famous dish is not without a reason. In the production process, the owner insisted to use the finest of fresh pork as a raw material for the best quality. Coupled with special seasoning, the meatballs are full of flavors and have wonderful texture. They ever add preservatives. With limited manpower, in order to maintain product freshness, they produce limited amount of products every day. If you do not come earlier, you might return empty-handed.

With the progress of time, Guang Xiang Ju is getting more famous with advanced information technology. iSet TV interviewed Guang Xiang Ju, and many celebrities  visited. In order to meet the needs of gourmands, customers can also order the products by telephone and internet. The products are vacuum-packed and sent via frozen delivery.

We watched that a decades-old restaurant got rid of the burden of old age, and still got traditional flavor, which shows the owner¡¦s careful management. It is not only a business for him, but lifetime devotion. Because he devotes his life into this work, we firmly believe that Guang Xiang Ju¡¦s cuisine will certainly evolve with time.

Our teacher Shu-Fen

Mothers¡¦ homemade dishes are full of the hometown¡¦s memory. When I leaved my hometown to study for over 10 years, I missed Guang Xiang Ju's juicy meatballs most.

I liked its sweetness, and felt happy! Every time when I came back to Hemei, I had to buy a lot of souvenirs, and the juicy meatballs were one of them. In a foreign city, the juicy meatballs were my best company.

With gratitude, we explored the secrets of delicious meatballs, decided to visit the 60-year-old restaurant!

Although it has been so successful for so long, Mr. and Mrs. Chen still work hard every day. They get up early to buy fresh pork in the market. Before dawn, they are busy in the kitchen, making wonderful dishes for gourmands. You laugh at his silliness, and think that he does not know how to enjoy life, but he thinks making the most delicious meatballs for customers is his greatest pleasure and joy!

Why are their products so delicious? Because of fresh ingredients, traditional Chinese herb recipe, the process, and the owner¡¦s honesty and sincerity!

In the era of constant changes, Mr. Chen is able to combine the traditional quality and a win-win situation of social needs. He introduced the advanced cryogenic and vacuum packaging, and via mail order, online order, people can taste hometown cuisines!

I believe that with Mr. Chen's research spirit, Guang Xiang Ju¡¦s products are definitely changing and more and more popular, and it may enter the international market someday soon!

We visited Guang Xiang Ju with teachers at 5 am to see the manufacturing process.

This is my second time to participate in Cyberfair. Although I had experience, with different subjects, the interview, data compilation, and website production were also different. I still hold a diligent attitude.

The topic is Guang Xiang Ju¡¦s juicy meatballs. Through interviews, online surfing, and market research,

I got to know its quality, and how delicious and famous it is. The most important thing is that we ate the meatballs soup prepared by teacher. This is really interesting than the topic of last year!

B-Bang Kids --- Yi-Wen

After attending the Cyberfair, I asked myself what I could do for others every day, and I did not know much about website production. I wondered if I could help the team. Gradually, I found that teachers and team members were nice to me, and cooperation was the key to success.

Gradually, I knew what I should do. After finishing homework, I searched on the internet about the juicy meatballs in Hemei.

I hoped that I could do my best to help, and to promote the special cuisines in my hometown. Happiness only real when shared!

I learned a lot of things in the Cyberfair, such as how to make juicy meatballs, and other knowledge I cannot learn from textbooks!

B-Bang Kids --- De-An

Working for so long time, we finally completed our work!

During these days, some of us gathered information, some filled in the progress report, and some did market surveys ...... everyone was so busy, especially teachers. They worked so hard on webpage design and construction!

However, looking back ----- bitter but sweet. I remembered when making meatballs,

even with chefs¡¦ instruction, we were not able to form a meat¡¨ball," and we laughed about it.

It comes to an end! Thank teachers for giving me this opportunity. Although it is hard, I felt happy and touched!

In this Cyberfair, in addition to writing progress reports and searching information, we also found time to visit Guang Xiang Ju¡¦s production process of "meatballs." I learned so much about it, and had a wonderful experience. Although I encountered many difficulties, with members and teachers¡¦ guidance, I survived.

During interviews, I was busiest, because I had to listen carefully and take notes! I am the man!

I remembered that the meatballs made by us looked really funny, and it became a good thing to laugh about.

In this Cyberfair, in addition to writing progress reports and interviews, we collected information. We worked so hard. We worked together for a dazzling performance, and had many valuable experiences.

A lot of firsts: My first time to participate in Cyberfair, the first time to interview, and the first to fill in a progress report. They are not ordinary experiences you can have, so we valued this chance very much.

During the interview, at the beginning we were very nervous and speechless, but we got better in the end. In addition to the original questions we prepared, but we also we eagerly raised many questions, and the owner answered patiently.

After interview, we made the delicious "meatballs." Although the chef were old, he was better than us.
