Photo and text / Teacher Hsiang-ting 2014.11.02 Yuanlin Train Station is located at No.55, Minquan St., Heping Li, Yuanlin Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. In 2011, Yuanlin Train Station ranked the 18th position in the whole Taiwan in terms of person time, and the 17th position in business revenue. On November 2, 2014, Yuanlin Elevated Train Station was put into operation, the rail was ballast-free slab rail. This was the first action in Taiwan Railway and it was also the first elevated train station in the central area. The jurisdiction of Yuanlin Train Station is from Dacun Station in the north to Yongjing Half Station in the south. |

In September 1953, Jingsiou Elementary School was opened, seen from the wooden classroom to the east, passengers got on the train on the platform 500m away in the southeast. The train whistle of Railways Administration and the Sugar Railways and the coal cinder smell were visible before eyes. President Huang hoped to develop the topic course of Jingsiou Railway. On the opening ceremony day on November 2, a lot of booths were set up in front of the station, including Youbike test ride, Changhua delicious food and gift exchange. People were crowed in to support Yuanlin.
Teacher Lin from Jingsiou Vanguard Team purchases an interval ticket and goes to the platform to taste the fresh and follow fashion.

Yuanlin Elevated Station is like a small high-speed railway station, the dangling and flying public work of art ascends the stairs, with clean and bright convenient stores. The escalator and transparent elevator different from the past are very convenient.
