When the Love Yuanlin Railway Breakthrough activity started, I was nervous. I was in charge of the Neighborhood Map Contest, in which the contestants put the map puzzle pieces together. My friends and I made the map. Chien-chen and Meng-fan helped the game, and I signed signatures and stamped checkpoint cards. Everyone worked hard and warmly invited students to break the obstacles. Seeing everyone learn the relationship among the Yuanlin Silo, train station, Taiwan Sugar South Yuanlin Station, and Jingsiou Elementary School, I felt this obstacle was meaningful.
Organizing Yuanlin Station Obstacle Course

After the end-of-semester evaluation, the Jingsiou Vanguard Team and volunteer moms worked together to make the props and decorate the game site. We were divided into groups to take charge of the obstacles. Yi-chen Wang, Chih-rong, and I were in charge of the sixth obstacle, the Stationmaster Training Class. I provided guidance, and Yi-chen Wang and Chih-rong supervised and stamped. Two contestants formed a team, sit in the train we made, and moved the train with their legs. They needed to watch the traffic sings in order to make correct moves. Sometimes some one forgot to honk the horn, and sometimes another one forgot to slow down when going downhill, so we had to remind them. Even though the line was very long, when seeing the contestants passed the obstacles with happy smile, my heart smiled too!
