| Do more for the environment! |
During the process of creating this website, we had many ideas. For example, because we cycled along the Shuangxi River bank to observe the environment, we noticed that there were really a lot of birds at the Shuangxi River. However, what are these birds’ names? Can we work with the Wild Bird Federation and hold community bird watching events so that residents can come into close contact that these birds, learn about their species and traits, while also admiring their looks and calls? Is it possible to plant a variety of plants on the bank? In the future, this section of the riverbank will have lilies in spring, snowbell in the summer, and flowers from the flame gold rain tree for local residents to appreciate in the autumn.
We discovered that there were no trashcans by the riverbank, which was why there was garbage on the ground next to all the rest areas. This was especially bad next to the basketball court, where empty plastic bottles were everywhere. This creates an environmental issue.
In addition, once the exhibition is complete, can the pieces be transported back to school and displayed permanently in some space at school? |
