How to get there?
Take the local train to Baoan Railway Station of Tainan City. Catch a cab at Baoan Railway Station and you will arrive around 10 minutes.

By Taiwan High Speed Rail train
First, get off from Taiwan High Speed Rail train at Tainan Station. Then, transfer to a Taiwan Rail train until you reach Baoan Railway Station. At Baoan, you can either take cab or take the High Speed Rail’s free shuttle bus and get off at the intersection of Datong Road and Sheng-Chan Road in Tainan City.

Drive through National Freeway No. 1 and 3
Drive through National Freeway No. 1 and 3 and switch to Provincial Highway 86. When you reach the interchange, you leave 86 and drive north on Provincial Highway 1 (Datong Road) for about 10 minutes.
