The Project was proceeded under the opening style environment, therefore the movable and flexible sound recording pen became the advantageous recording medium for each use.

The writing recording method used in the past was not easy to carry on under such condition. It was not that safe and convenient to listen and write at the same time after all.

Before activities on the spot, the team would hold meeting to set up interview questions and directions. During the process they used sound recording pen to record the dialogs in order to make the following webpage writing and edition easy. Doing so made us more concentrated on the activity and at the same time gave dual attention to the safety and record efficiency.

Since camera digitizing, in the past years, it had became indispensable equipment on recording life image for majority people. It was not possible to be short of this equipment in the webpage producing process.

On the other hand, in the process of collecting the pictures afterward, we could understand how the image representation closed conformity with writing content that helped a lot on recalling the interview process. It just was like took time machine back to the day. It presented first hand image for the webpage pictures. The importance of the camera was irreplaceable.

The period of project webpage producing overlapped with winter vacation therefore except telephone connection; team member contacted each other by email that had the characteristic of no interruption for 24 hours. It became another important type of communication channel among team members.

From the writing of sharing attainment to interview photos collections, we were able to do immediate delivery and data integration in the vacation by means of utilizing the characteristic of email. We did not delay the following webpage producing only because of vacation.
