Promoting Images 

       Looking at the achievements in the Japanese branch store, Din Tai Fung continues to strive toward its target goal. They believe the following reasons are the causes to the branch store’s success: Japanese’s carefunessl, realistic attitude for excellence, devoted energy to maintain top food quality, friendly service and keen spirit for the enterprise. These foundations brought in some impacts to the Din Tai Fung owners in Taiwan.

      First, Din Tai Fung lets the connoisseurs feel that their chefs have changed.

      The chefs start to wear white uniforms, hats and masks. It is a lot different from the uniforms they had before. The chefs' clothing has promoted Din Tai Fung’s images. The chefs need to look like professional. They are not allowed to eat betel nuts, smoke, wear slippers or gamble. They certainly cannot wear tattoos.

      Second, the service officers have changed too. Employees with long hair need to tie their hair up. They also need to add a nice and beautiful smile during their service hours.

      Din Tai Fung has changed. It is a successful change. Because of these great changes, Din Tai Fung becomes an international restaurant from being a local Taiwanese restaurant.
