The Japanese Experience 

      The success on the Takashimaya branch store in Tokyo Japan had changed Mr. Yang’s mind. He opened the international perspective for Din Tai Fung business model and began to make Din Tai Fung an international company.

      After studying lots of Shinjuku’s success experience by cooperating with Takashimaya’s process. Mr. Yang began to open other branch stores in the world. is due to the following factors: careful planning, realistic attitude of excellence, interest in paying close attention to the food quality, good service training, and hard-working spirit in the enterprise.

      From the experiences in Shinjuku, Mr. Yang started to think seriously about some management issues that are needed to be resolved from the pass years.
      1. How to improve customer’s service?
      2. How to provide more efficient service?
      3. How to produce consistent products and standardized production?

      When the Shinjuku Takashimaya branch became a huge success, Din Tai Fung was on its path of becoming every family’s kitchen and an international restaurant.
