Chinese New Year Special — Creative Couplets

Opinions from various sources, creative couplet appeared on the stage fiery.

When interview team today visited Uncle Huang, they saw Uncle Huang taking a spring festival couplet on hand. He told us the piece was from a friend who wrote very well. Uncle Huang grinned like a Cheshire cat and excitingly put the couplet everywhere to see what “pose” was the best for it so as to shared the atmosphere of New Year.

An old man who watched this scene for a while could not help to shout that “put it obliquely to make it ambidexter. It would look good”. Uncle Huang happily said “you were good, you were good~ ha ha !”

Since Uncle Huang quietly built the Tree House alone, he had been a spirit indicator for many of seniors in Er-Kong area. It was good to see everyone made effort to build the Tree House. The Tree House had the atmosphere of the Spring Festival from now on.

Comrades in the Same Camp — Blessing from Oversea

Bosom friend from thousand miles away.

“There was an Er-Kong Tree House located in Taiwan
where the mountains were high
and the rivers were flowing".
“The constructer did not care fame and gain but his will was deep and far”

This calligraphy inscribed deeply the spirit of Uncle Huang who built the Tree House. The artist had never been to the Er-Kong Tree House. What was the reason after all?

The artist was a Singaporean Chinese. He saw Er-Kong Tree House’s pictures that were took when his friends visited here. The words on the calligraphy were a comment out of his personal feeling after he knew the story.

He passed the calligraphy on to his friend to Uncle Huang, by doing this to express his admiration and respect. It could be seen that the resonance that brought from the dream Uncle Huang built the Tree House was nowhere but everywhere.

Self-taught — to Be the Best

There was story in the words.

In the calligraphy corner, we saw a piece that the writer was Mr. Ding Yuan Peng. When you first saw it, you might feel “this is just an ordinary piece”. Uncle Huang’s introduction gave an advance notice for a worth pondering past event.

Mr. Ding Yuan Peng was sent to Korea by country when he was 12 and called back for homeland combat when he was 19. Under such condition he had no chance to be educated fully which turned out that he could not even write a word.

In such case, why could he write so well? To explore the reason, we found that “it was because of the power of love.”

Uncle Huang said that Mr. Ding fell in love with a girl at that time. When they finally had chance to leave name and address to each other, the lady said that your surname included only two strokes but you spent so much time to write it. As a result, she gently turned down his pursue. Suffered setbacks for a while, Mr. Ding decided working hard to learn how to write. By now he could write beautiful calligraphy.

This interesting story brought our curious on how the story went on. “What was the final result? Did he get the girl?” Wanted to know how the story ends? Please look at below pieces introduction. The answer was in the pictures.

Made Persistent Efforts — You Had to Lose Something while You Got Something

That was how it was.

Although our pictures did not show out the full piece content, we believed smart like you had understood the story ending and the meaning of the poetry. The final result was that “there were flowers everywhere, so you didn’t have to stick to just one”. “Sigh~” When Uncle Huang announced the result, every team member sighed slightly.

Mr. Ding was failed on love battle, just like the slang described “we hadn't succeeded in the revolution yet, so comrades should still work hard”. Except the drama memory, did you find he did not use an ordinary writing brush to write the calligraphy?

Uncle Huang explained that Mr. Ding used bamboo strip to soak in ink to write the words. Why did think that way and what was his intention? He left the questions for everyone to imagine.

Expresses the Will — To Have Bit Disconsolateness

An unmarried veteran.

“This was an image of unmarried veteran”

“Originally many people did not like such work placing in here!” Uncle Huang did not repel it because such work was able to make people compare and realize the different life experience.

“The purpose to introduce the work was to reflect what I said in first interview. You had to know when to stop when you met life dilemma or stepped into a wrong direction”. The author of this work did not well arrange his life when he was young. He addicted on gamble and did not make arrangement on self-profession that led his old age miserable.

“To be frankly, you could say that the miserable man must have his defect causing the misery”. I took this example to encourage every visitor. Uncle Huang said that “Your life was decided by yourself. I hoped every piece here had their special value”.

Macroscopic foresight — live brilliantly.

The same generation with different life experience.

“Uncle Li Bi Qiang made his old age life feel like living in haven that let many people envy him!”

The author of this work Mr. Li Bi Qiang arranged his life every well when he was young. He found faith dependence from his life; therefore he had a real peace heart. By now he retired and travelled around world, relaxed and satisfied with his old age life.

During interviews time, Uncle Huang kept to remind us that when you found the right direction, you had to insist to move on. On the contrary, if you found you went wrong way, you must stop! Uncle Huang said “Why could he enjoy his old age life and the other lived lonely and being unappreciated? It was true that it was you yourself who would learn”
.

It's Not Too Late

Practiced writing at old age, fame spread to oversea.

“I especially liked this work that created by Uncle Cheng”. Present age 85 Uncle Cheng Jing Hui had the honor to win second place of China Japanese calligraphy competition. He actually learned calligraphy approximately from 50 years old. “I especially liked such spirit. Do not restrain yourself because of age.

Do it as long as you had idea and interest”. The work “spring filled in the family” was a work Uncle Cheng created at his 80. Although Uncle Cheng was not able to hold the writing brush steadily like he did in his young age, he wouldn’t change his beloved interest and the brave spirit to dream only because of age .

Uncle Huang side “I indicated under the work that this master piece was created when the author was 85 years old”.
