Before 1990A.D., Yuan-Shuai Temple offered scholarships to schoolchildren, and after 1990A.D., they changed to subsidize poor students' lunch expenses.

The way to apply for a subsidy is very simple： Only in the beginning of every term, the student who has the certificate fills in 'the application form of Yuan-Shuai Temple subsidy' and gives it to us, then he or she can obtain a subsidy.
