Donation of books
A notice that Nanzih Branch Library thanked Yuan-Shuai Temple for donating books.
Mr. Liou XianYi, the acting manager of Nanzih Branch Library, offered materials to us.
We often see the notices that the library thanked Yuan-Shuai Temple for donating books on the wall of Nanzih Branch Library.
We visited Mr. Liou XianYi who serves as the acting manager of Nanzih Branch Library, he said:
"Yuan-Shuai Temple is one enthusiastic charity.
Whenever books or apparatuses of Nanzih Branch Library are insufficient,
so long as get into contact with the Temple,
they always help us."
"In the past three years, Yuan-Shuai Temple has donated the books about 30 thousand to the library.
and in the series activities of World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung, Yuan-Shuai Temple also donated money to the library."
Therefore Youchang commune benefit greatly by Yuan-Shuai Temple.
Contribution of Community Service
The government of Kaohsiung City thanked Yuan-Shuai Temple for its contribution and presented it a inscribed board.
Yuan-Shuai Temple participates Community Service actively.
According to the news release issued by the government of Kaohsiung City this year:
"Last year, all temples and churches contributed over 300,002,000 dollars to the Social Affairs of Kaohsiung City,
the ones that donates more than 1 million dollars are:.....,Yuan-Shuai Temple,........."
From our interviews of Mr. Song-Tang Cai and Mr. Shan-Huei Chen, we also knew Yuan-Shuai Temple always participates Community Service actively.
