Please the Spirits (Paken nanguaq ta tjavuvu)

The fourth day of the ceremony is for a gathering of clansmen and spirits (gentle and docile) before parting. People gather in front of ancestors' memorial stone column at chieftain's home and celebrate with activities of drinking and singing. Expressing the utmost sentiment towards the past generations, they sing duet, praise the wisdom and success of ancestor and please the spirits to bestow safety, abundant harvest of food and Hunting.
