Topic 1: the originality and the principle of the “convenient water” of the community

　　This system is for people’s using of their livelihood water. In this way, we can make our people have water to use all through the dry season. In the past, it’s very hard to find out the living water for people. Thus there will be a severe shortage of the water during the winter and spring. People may have to pay extra to employ other people to pursuit of water for them. After consulting with each other, we find out the solution that the amount of the water at the bottom of the stream of Rui-feng and Tai-he is quite sufficient for people to use. After applying the capital from the bureau of water development by Mr. Quan Qin-zhu about eight million dolor, we begin to put the development into practice.

Topic 2: the present arrangement of the community “convenient water system”?
Content:
　　The total length of the pipelein is about 2.5 kilometers, which locates at the No.189 original forest lands. We draw the water from 470 meters to 1300 meters above the sea level, using the drop of the height to let the water automatically flow to the every place of the community. The water tower at the basement can store about 400 tons of water, which will be individually divided into six pipelines. The number of the family which will receive the water from it is about 90. The residents have to join the member association to pay the money. Because the water is not purified, we will use the materials as charcoal, and sandstone to filter those impurities. Alone the pathway these pipelines connecting to its goal, we will set up three water motors to draw the water. Briefly, the class of the water should correspond to the test and exam.

Topic 3: the charging and repairing of the present community “convenient water”.
Content:
　　Every member has to pay twenty thousand dollar as a member fee, which will be elevated each year. And the charging of it is mainly for repairing the pipelines. The charging level of it is “degree.” The livelihood water charging is no more than 50 degree. But in order to economize the usage of water, the charging fee will be elevated once the degree is above 50.
　　Our present plan is to set one administer to do his routine work of the pipe’s preservation. Once we face the natural disasters, we will apply the repairing charge from the government. The method used to repair is through the consequence of the meeting, which is not depending on the director of the committee himself.

Topic 4: the problems we may probably face with in the future?
Content:
　　The most tricky problem is: deficiency of the water during the dry season, insufficient money to repair the pipelines, and difficulty to repair the fountainhead of the water… etc. Our present predefined solution is to encourage people to economize the using of water, seek for two hundred thousand dollars as the prepared fund to deal with the unsurprising natural disasters. When we encounter these problems, we can also hold the conference to apply the fund from the government as the additional to handle the problem.
