   In the past, community people habitually go the mountain areas to connect the water to their houses. Till 2003, the former councilor Chen, Bao-fu strives for apply for the economic supporting to construct. Because the convenient water system can’t fully put into practice in each place in the community, in the beginning, we first focus on those areas, where people lack the water to use; for example, the neighborhood of 5, 6, 8, 9. The other places will each be built up when we get adequate financial supporting.

Topic 2: how to connect the water resource with the community property, so far to enlarge our community?
Content:
   In the beginning, what we focus on is still the living water. The second plan is to encourage the tourist industry business, the management of the B&B, and the building of the local characters and scenes. And our ultimate purpose is to efficiently use water to increase the living standard of the livelihood of people and economical expansion. About the convenient water, I think that we should prevent it from been used on “agriculture.” Only in this way, we won’t contravene our original aim and schedule to extend the livelihood water for people.

Topic 3: President’s viewpoint and anticipation for community “convenient water.”

   The lack of the water is a very serious problem. And the quality of the water should also be highly mentioned, for rivers contain many materials like lime. On the other hand, for it is also the water above the ground, we should be very watchful about the pollution. Thus, I still think that this kind of water should be applied to the livelihood using. As well, we should economize the usage of it without wasting it on irrigating.

Topic 4: President’s suggestions for the safeguarding of the water resource.
Content:
The first water pipe of the fountainhead of the water should be removed to other places. In this way, we can fix it much easier. And the preservation can be efficiently put into practice. Second point is that we should economize the using of the water without wasting it. Especially when we are in dry season, we should face the music that we don’t have enough water to use. My last recommendation is that I think school should join the system of the convenient water. In this way, we can still have water to use when the dry season comes. Basing on the amount of the water of the water resource and convenient water in school, we can simply solve the limitation of the water in school. Since the second fountainhead of the water is seriously polluted, one should never use it as their living water.
