Mother Ou mentioned that she made many
good friends and is very happy to come and help. She especially found her
children have become more positive and generous. Her teaching of children
was guided by other teachers and she knew that to encourage is better than
dress them down. Her relationship with children has become better. Mother Ou
also felt to become a good volunteer should have a cordial heart, and the
reason for her to continue was the friendly way people interacted here.

Q1: Why do you
come to this church?
A1: I met a
group of teachers on the street sending fliers. At that time, my
child was less than 5 years old and unable to attend Happy Kids
Weekend. But they told me that I can bring my kid to watch
the activity. Since my children is taller, he sometimes played
the games. Later, he found it to be fun here and I started to
come continuously.
Q2: Why are you willing to be a volunteer in Happy Kids Weekend!
A2: Because I
saw others also giving freely and not asking for anything in
return. After a period, I thought, since I have time and
ability, I will just simply come and give my help.

main reason to keep giving so much time and spirit here as a
volunteer?

attending Happy Kids Weekend?
A4: He is more
kind and generous, that's because the teachers here gave him
positive encouragement, so he is more glade to express it

to become more patient to listen to their
opinions.
