Interview deeply
Totally, we visited
with pastor Wang twice. The
first time was in May, 2004, and the second was in November, 2004. Generally
we asked about
the activity concepts. Pastor Wang patiently explained the
foundation and the contents of Happy Kids Weekend (HKW) to us. Pastor Wang
then covered the dedication of the
volunteers and the spending on the materials. Pastor explained the thoughts
that related to
the service to the community, is based on the love of Jesus.

Notices during interview:
1. We should arrive on time.
It is better to be 10 minutes earlier than the schedule, then we could prepare our
equipment and prevent unnecessary waiting.
2. We should say hello kindly
and introduce ourselves to the pastor. (We can prevent disorder by letting
mediator introduce each member of Cool Girls to the pastor.)
3. If we need to record or
take photographs, we should let the interviewer know early.
4. During the interview, we
should dress properly, but not too formal or too weird.
5. We should watch our
intonation, not too fast or unclear. We should not intervene while other's talk and we need to wait until the end if we have more
questions.
6. We should understand the
background and prepare good questions before the interview, and prepare a
present for the children or teacher who attends the activity and give it to them
after the interview. (We may prepare gifts such as cards or pressed flowers
that are made by us)
