InBlooom is composed of various departments, including design department, production department, sales department, business department, marketing department, financial department and human resources. Through the teamwork of each department, they finish the product design, manufacture and sales.
Design department is in charge of pattern design, including printed fabric design, design philosophy, visual design and marketing design.
Production department is mainly responsible for manufacture. It’s necessary to communicate with distributors and mothers in community. Besides, collecting materials to produce goods is important as well. At last, when the products are completed, checking every detail of the products in order to maintain its high quality is vital.

Sales department is mainly in charge of negotiating with clients, such as working with MacDonald’s and Tokiya. In order to make clients satisfied, understanding the product design and budget which meet clients’ requirements is essential.
Business department mainly manages all the brick and mortar stores, online stores and other sales channels. Then, you need to know how to sell and who to sell.
Marketing department organizes the products. When cooperating with Line friend, you need to present the characteristics of products and design advertisements to attract everyone.
Financial department is in charge of accounting. Human resources is mainly responsible for all the employees of inBlooom, and take care of them.
Through the teamwork of each department, they turn fabric or materials into exquisite printed fabric, and sell to everyone, and that’s the most important part.
