Mr. Tseng-Meng Yeh was born in 1961. He is familiar with local history of Xinwu and Guanyin, Caota Sand Dunes, Xinwu Stone Weir, Hsu Tsuo Harbor wetland, Taoyuan Algal Reefs and history of Ye Chun-Ri. He is environmental educator and the lecturer of Hsinyangping Community School and Lushanyuan Community School. In addition, he concerns about development and ecological balance of coastal areas of Xinwu and Guanyin and the unique culture of Hakka people. He founded Taoyuan Ocean Hakka Leisure Agriculture Association and undertook the position as the director. The association held various activities acknowledge by the authorities. He serves the post as Taoyuan City Hakka counselor of Hakka Affairs Bureau, Taoyuan City.

After we knew that the director of Taoyuan Ocean Hakka Leisure Agriculture Association,
Mr. Tseng-Meng Yeh, would introduce the local cultural sites, we looked forward to the trip!Mr. Tseng-Meng Yeh first took us to the seafood restaurant near Yongan Fishing Harbor. After enjoying the economic meal, we went to the historical house which was private property. We recognized the codes on each tile on the wall and they showed different meanings.
There was the design of Hakka culture in the house!
We then visited the secret sites of nature. We saw the lovely Polyporaceae.
Subsequently, we visited green tunnel and Guanxin Algal Reefs to see fiddler crabs and historical stone weir which were impressive.
