How solar power supply the electricity when it is needed.

Photovoltaic power generating system can be divided into three categories:

Independent electricity

Shunt

Emergency Disaster type

 

i. Independent PV system :

Self-sufficiency, not worry about no electricity. Use batteries, photovoltaic systems generate electricity during the day, to provide the load and charging the battery, the battery supply at night, self-sufficient.

Applicable Location: Alpine, Islands, the base station ... etc poles can not reach.

 

ii. Mains Parallel PV systems:

Imagine your city and solar power is a big battery.

Cells in series can make a lot of light bulb power, but the power consumption of the light soon; Batteries in parallel is mentioned several times through the lamp power is available, the electricity will not finish in a sudden.The solar power generation system is a load in parallel, supply local needs, usually these houses with solar systems in parallel,power generation, but if the power is not enough, power company will supply the electricity.

Applicable Location: Power normal served anywhere.

 

iii. Emergency Disaster solar photovoltaic systems:

Electricity and battery combines into a power generation system which combines the advantage of both. Usually solar photovoltaic power generation system is in parallel, also for the load and charging. Power companies will supply energy at night. Disaster, power outage, will turn to the battery, which provides electricity and Disaster Relief.
