Present
 In 2013, Yu-Tsai Elementary School started offering two shuochang classes per week, taught by Ms. Li, to third and fourth grades students in regular Yu-Tsai classes. This also attracted students in bilingual classes who were interested in shuochang. They subsequently signed-up for the “Little Shuochang Experts” extra-curricular class and practiced after school. In 2014, the “Little Shuochang Experts” started a weekly segment, titled Joyful Journey in Speaking, Imitating, Teasing, and Singing, on Yu-Tsai’s lunchtime radio. The show focused on the art of shuochang, and the students were responsible for writing their own script and broadcasting on air. This weekly radio segment conveyed the artistic, academic, and cultural aspects of shuochang in an entertaining manner to every Yu-Tsai class.
