This is the last year of junior high school life.
We agreed to start collecting data after summer tutoring class, be ready for the Cyberfair game. I hope it would not delay our learnings.
Our Thematic Research is the “Treasure Hunting in Coffee Museum”. In grade 9, our curriculum is teaching world geography, mention about North and Central America, coffee is one of the tropical cultivation agricultural products. In Citizens textbooks, it mentions how to run a coffee shop. So we will take the chance to do this grade 9 social studies trip as Treasure Hunting.

Participated many times in the Cyberfair game, I am able to grasp the direction to erect the website organization and structure. Also, I find it is helpful with the school homework preparation.
When we voted on the topic entitled Coffee Museum, we participated a great field trip in the learning experience, full of knowledge and fun. We also hope our production could help everybody increasing knowledge with us, but also the combination and utilization of textbook knowledge.

I took visit to Coffee Museum stores to explore and interview. Because the distance is near the school and my home, I rode a bicycle to Shipai Station as per agreed by team members. There is Yabo store inside Yang-Ming University campus. I found that a manager was independently working on receiving guests, preparing meals, cash checkout, and tidy store, that is almost all types work. During the interview with the manager, we understand the operation of the coffee shop has hard pressures, the pressure of rents, as well as the number of customers, and the health and quality of meals, all require high specification and high standards. Of course, making coffee and garland are the most basic skills. We have found because Yabo shop is set up in the Yang Ming University campus, the prices and product changes depending on the region, just in connection with the economy of our Citizens textbook. I am glad to participate Cyberfair game. It let me understand how important of team work and learn about new knowledge and skills.

I was responsible for shooting coffee beans in Coffee Museum, which is a very special experience. Normally when we see the coffee, it is complete finished brewing product. The experience the feeling the coffee beans, let me know that coffee production process is very complex which is out of my imagination. The technics and level of roasted coffee can also affect the concentration of the coffee. The favor of coffee in the air during roasting process smells very strong. During the process of making web pages, every time I got problems, I will consult an experienced students. Because we take the work distribution, everyone has to follow the schedule, finish meeting discussion and personal job, complete in accordance with progress, discussion in the meeting, report, typing and editing pictures. If you want to has rich and beautiful webpages, we need to cooperate. Through this Cyberfair game, I learn more about the method of website content creating.

This time to participate Cyberfair, we have a theme named Treasure Hunting in Coffee Museum. I am very interested in this topic, because our research can learn everything about coffee. In the process of gathering information, we go and visit the Coffee Museum in person. We eat a lot of delicious meals in Coffee Museum. Learning the knowledge of coffee and problem of business operation, the whole process is full of laughter. Compared to the homework of school, which we only collect information and print the website pages, personal experience would be more interesting, and more impressive. I believe the final webpage we produced, it must be combined with knowledge and common memories of joy of our Mingde Coffee No. 1.

During summer vacation, we went to Coffee Museum. The most impressive memory is the fruit tea and delicious pizza. Among those experiences, my most favorite is paternity DIY course, with entitled to checkpoints by complete father’s face cake. Coffee Museum also provides ready-made cake.
We need to put blueberry jam in intermediate of two smear cake. Also spread evenly around the cake with fresh cream; finally use chocolate sauce for a facial decoration. After when we finish dad face cake checkpoints, just good for celebrating Father's Day at home. I really hope next time I can bring the whole family to Coffee Museum for tasting delicious food.
