Tools: Scissors、 Polyfoam tape.、A4 Black cardboard、black non-woven fabric、white non-woven fabric、

white cap

 

Step1: Cut a pair of 5 cm diameter circle and a pair of 1 cm diameter circle from the white non-woven fabric.

Step2: Cut a pair of 3.5 cm diameter circle from the black non-woven fabric.

Step3: Cut a shape of the face of spoonbill from the black non-woven fabric.

Step4: Cut a shape of the beak of spoonbill from the black cardboard.

Step5: Use the Polyfoam tape. to fix each part on the hat.
