2.Who Rejects the Road

(1)The views of protecting the black faced spoonbills(opposition side):

If the black faced spoonbills gone, any development would not be successful .
The enviromental groups: Approving to the substitute path should retain the ecology sightseeing potential spot of international level.

(2)Jiading Village ecology association director Mr. HE-TAI JHENG:

Don’t think that constructing the road will make the take-off in economic development smoothly, not only the benefit which it’s not better than conceives beforehand, instead of disrupted the ecological environment, and wasted the resources, is really penny-wise and pound foolish. However the government spends people's money to build the useless path, actually sacrificing many birds' existing space, such as the black faced spoonbills and so on; This will create the conflict of economic, because the road cut this big piece wetland in Jiading, affected the business of businesses, and the famous Jiading wetland will be also gradually vanished, thus this was really a wrong way in administration,and I hopes that the government made the way that was suitable to maintain the ecology.

 Finally,I hopes to introduce the activity of birds to attract the crowds, for example, impels the black faced spoonbills season and so on ,and convince the Jiading resident's idea that take advantage of this to be possible to lead the prosperous sightseeing industry, change government's decision, so it is better to the business in upturn and helps the economy or the environment, instead of letting the few parts of local landlord gain the profits,it should be protecting this precious wetland.

(3)The younger guard Jiading:
Buliding the 1-4 road first will damage the vegetation, and water in the wetland will also reduce , affects the growth of black faced spoonbills. Furthermore,the 1-4 road width of 30 meters changed from 60 meters, in addition to the government set up Ecological engineering methods, the scope widths of the road expanded to 70 meters.

This road will cut the wetland and affect not only the place where it cut through, but due to people and vehicles passing the road, therefore the scope of disturbation wetland becomes wider. Moreover, in environment commentary in the last July 17 congress, the president only discussed the main opening plan, but not having the discussion of the alternative scheme of ecology road,so the result turned out to be opening this road. At present it has make the plan to construct the fence in 1-1 south side, so the original 1-1 road of the north side will make black faced spoonbills impossible to fly to the south side to perch. But in fact, the south place is very bleak, the new wetland that even if built is inferior to the original wetland, therefore we do not support building 1-4 road.
